Alright guys, my computer is kind of going down the shitter. I have low FPS in all games, both OpenGL and DirectX. Lots of applications didn't open until I reformatted, however, the graphical problems still persisted. Software rendering seems fine for the most part though. Moving around windows on my screen seems slow too. There's general sluginess.
Also, as I noted earlier, lots of applications did not open before I reformatted, and I've had horrible artifacting. It's also interesting to note that my USB Headphone Sound has extreme artifacts, but the anolog sound is fine. The motherboard does not return any CPU errors too. Or any for that matter.
So yeah, help would be appreciated.

Maybe your motherboard is failing, perhaps? Sounds like a lot of motherboard-level based problems. But it could also be a CPU problem. I'm kind of puzzled, tbh.
I have looked into that, Is there any way to test?
I suggest using this program called regcure. My computer was really slow until I used it. Your pc might be bogged down with broken registrys causing mass error spam thus causing lag. I use it and my pc is fine. Also do you have a virus protection?
I just reformatted today, Please read the entire post.
Did you reinstal the drivers after the format?
Gpu/Sound.
You should also check your temperatures.
(use hw monitor)
You can also check the stabillity of all the components:
RAM:
Memtest
CPU:
Prime95
GPU:
Furmark / Video stress test.
It sounds like your motherboard is going down the shitter. Be sure you have everything in the bios at default values it may help.
Another reason could be that your PSU is dieing providing less wattage then it should.
You should get your psu tested.
See if your motherboard manu has a warranty program.
Im going to return the mobo and exchange it, If that does not work them there is going to be some complaining by me!
Exchange did not fix the problems, Help is still needed.

Got a spare PSU you can try?

I tried, Did not fix the issue
Hrm, probably a motherboard problem. Does this problem occur from all the USB ports?
Ya
Do you have another video card you can switch in?

Could you at least TRY it? It could be that the card instead of dying is just going batshit insane and confusing the hell out of your motherboard, causing the aforementioned audio issues. Also, since your analog seems fine but the USB audio is what's crazy no matter what port, you should try your headphones in another computer. THEY might be dying.

The headphones work fine on my laptop, Im going to have my friend come to my house with a build almost identical to mine and we are going to part swap until we find the problem. If all else fails i will take it to a computer shop.
Problem is unresolved, taking it to a professional.

Hello Bijan!
The problem you describe does definitely sound like a hardware issue.
Try downloading http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php and installing it and post the temps in a [img][/img].
After checking the temps we can see what you can do from there.

You'll need the virus protection after installing this.
