I've tried 2 cables and left it on all night but it still gives this screen [T]https://support.apple.com/library/content/dam/edam/applecare/images/en_US/ipad/ipad/connect_to_power.png[/T] I've also tried holding the power button and the home button, but that wont work either. Does anyone have any suggestions. help would be greatly apricieted!
I think your charger has shit itself (not the cable; the actual thing that plugs into the wall socket). I had an old no-name brand charger that did that. Because it was shit Wipe its ass, aka buy a new one

Hope to god that Apple says they'll fix it for you, because if cables and chargers aren't the problem, it's the phone.
ive tried 2 of those too
What cables were you using? Certain cheap cables just don't work on my phone.
What cables were you using? Certain cheap cables just don't work on my phone.
i tried 2 apple cables and adaptors, the wall adaptors work, i tried them with other devices
I once had an issue with an IPhone 3Gs which appeared not to be charging. Finally just took fully draining it, charging it over night or something for it to work. As soon as it got past the 15% mark it started charging normally again. It might be the phone it's self though. Give the above a shot, and if it doesn't work - and you bought the phone within the last 2 years - you should be able to get Apple to service it for you free of charge. What they sometimes do is just give you a new phone and move all your data over. Nothing to fret about.
Try clean the charging socket out, sometimes fluff can get in there and stop it from contacting. You can use a needle or toothpick to do it.
Have you tried connecting your iPhone to your computer? I imagine that if it can't charge but does connect to your computer then there may be a problem with the battery or the way power is carried to the battery.
ive tried all of these, none work
You might be fucked, my boy Do you have some sort of insurance plan on it or a extended warranty plan?
Has anyone worked on it recently? Was it dropped, become wet or anything like that just before it stopped working? Does the charger work with other phones?
ive tried 2 of those too
I've had a similar problem with my 6. I think its something to do with the slot where you plug the charging cable into your phone. Try moving the cable around in the slot. I can't let my phone die because if i do, it's next to impossible to charge
I tried restarting it, one of my cords, charges it while plugged into my computer, so thats something i guese
Have you tried microwaving it?
Have you tried microwaving it?
But you have to put it in a blender first
Try giving it a wash, maybe the battery's dirty.
Actually, if you get an industrial strength magnet and wipe it along the phone several times, that will re-align all of the electrons in the charging port, and it will be fixed in no time [sp]or does that only affect HDDs[/sp]

got a new chord all is well, more proof the apple products are a P.O.S, like 2 cords are broken rly (yes they are apple cords)
Suck on the bottom end. I know it sounds stupid, but sometimes it does the trick.
