Samsung Galaxy S4 will only charge via computer but not wall charger.

So yeah. Weird new thing that happened on the weekend. Went to Nottingham in a hotel. Got drunk, plugged my phone in to my charger when i got back to the hotel. Woke up, my phone was fully changed. Went out all day came back evening ish. Battery was on 30% and i went to plug in my phone..... No charging, nothing. It's as if i don't have it plugged in. I tested my partners phone who has the exact same phone as me but his works fine. Switched the batteries, didn't help.
I assumed that i broke something in the mini-usb charging slot... So i got home. Plugged my phone into the computer forgetting that it didn't charge... BUT WAIT. IT IS CHARGING!
So i assumed that it fixed itself, went to try a wallcharger, still nothing.
So why would my phone charge perfectly fine in my computer but not my wallcharger. The wall charger will give out a lot more power than my computer which obviously charges faster so it isn't a voltage issue.
Tried a suggested "Turn off/on USB debugging" but didn't help.
I'm baffled as to why it would work on the PC but not on a wall charger?
Tried multiple cables. Holding it in awkward positions. Different batteries. It's really strange.
Suggestions?
When you say you tested your partners phone, did you plug their phone into your wallcharger?
Yes. I have a good 3-4 wall chargers.
Tested them all with mine and his. None of them work for mine but work for his.
I then used my computer to charge my phone.
Yeah i thought that would be the answer. Its annoying because its not broken as such, its just inconveinient
Either it's not supplying enough power(I'm assuming their both S4s then that would be fucking weird as hell) or yes something is broken but internally. RMA the device at this stage.
It just makes me wonder how it could be broken internally if it is able to receive power from one device, but not directly from the socket.
Try it with a laptop, if it doesn't work I had the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. I waited and it fixed by itself, but you can also replug your battery.
tried a laptop. works fine.
Its just really strange since obviously plugs do more power than PC's
If you're not afraid of doing backups of everything (EVERYTHING, as MUCH as you possibly can), then I suggest attempting a factory restore. This issue could be due to firmware issues with updated firmware.
