Most HDs should be auto-detected. Make sure they are formatted. Also check if the jumper is set correctly to the master/slave drive that you bought.

That's everything I could think of.
If you bought them recently they're probably SATA, which means you won't have to set jumpers.
it is 2 Western Digital Caviar Green WD5000AVDS 500G SATA2

Whait what? I can't see the hdds on my computer but i can see them in device manager?
Can it be that my CD is named (E). My 2 hdds i have now (my old ones) is C and D. And i want to have my 2 new too. Do i need to rename or do anything?
EDIT:
One of my old ones have "location 1 (channel 1, target 1, lun 0)" and the other old one has "location 1 (channel 0, target 1, lun 0)".
One of my NEW one has "location 0 (channel 1, target 0, lun0)" and the other new one has "location 0 (channel 0, target 0, lun0)"
Does this say anything?

Wow i got it work.
your supposed to format them in device manager
Found this on another site
in windows right click on my computer icon/manage/disk management. You should see that drive in there. all you have to do is right click on it and format it and your done. Now Windows will see.

Found this on another site
That's correct, but you don't even have to format it. You just assign it a drive letter, and it's there.
Format them (Make sure you format them to NTFS)
