Selling my rig, how much do you think I could get for it?

I need the money for personal reasons so I have to sell my rig.. Just curious as to how much I could get for it? I paid $2200 for it a year ago without the flat screen monitor and without the dual booted hackintosh so keep that in mind.
Computer Specs are as follows
Windows 8 Pro OS 64 BIT & Mountain Lion OSX Hackintosh (Comes with a bunch of programs like Photoshop, Logic Pro etcetc)
Intel Core i7 2700K @ 3.50GHz
12.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (I have an extra 4GB not installed to make it 16GB total)
Z68X-UD5-B3 Motherboard
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
2X 1863GB Western Digital WDC (4TB HD space total)
Z9 Plus Case with blue lights
2200 a year ago? Thats really overpriced.
Do you want to sell it without the monitor? Its not on your list.
Without your monitor I would say. 6-700$ Maybe 800 if you sell it to an idiot.
If you sell it to somebody who knows his stuff. 500$ max.

What, when the processor goes for $350? Used or not, I have a fair time selling a CPU at around 75% (new for like, 90%).
I priced ~$525 without the processor, using generic prices for case and mobo. (ope, assumed the case was $100, knock it down $50)
And generic advice I'd recommend selling the parts individually, though in any case, you may be stuck with a part or two that sticks around, though it's never a bad thing, you could build a dirt cheap server in the future using something equivalent to a Celeron or something! And more appropriately, people typically have their own idea of what computer their building (though it bites that the OS might go kaput unless you sell the mobo and case together).
Pre-built makes it sound like the parts might be trashy (??), and people have less of an idea how used an idea is otherwise (like in how well of a ventilated case it was), though times are good.

CPUs like the i7-2700k won't depreciate in value over time because they're limited production parts. And in most cases, higher end CPUs in a given line will appreciate in value after they fall off of the mainstream market because of the limited production runs and the scarcity of them compared to lower end parts in the same line. There are cases where entire lines of processors are ludicrously expensive because so few of them were made (Many mobile chips like the Pentium M, AMD Turion and Core Solo/Duo.)
It doesn't make sense to buy a used i7-2700k with a questionable background for a premium price with no warranty, when you could buy a new Haswell chip that has 20-30% more performance for less.
The only case where you'll find someone willing to pay the high price is if they're an idiot or if they really need the CPU for a specific purpose (which is rare.)

I am 100% sure that you will get more money for this build if you sell it as a working pc.
I want to sell it to get the PS4 and a few games. Then once I find a job I'm going to build myself a $1000 rig which will be better than this.
