Not at all, the graphics are way better. And the action scenes are intense.
Especially when you die.

Looking forward to it.
Telltale make such awesome games.
"Jurassic Park!
Dinos In the Dark!
They will chew on all of your paa-aarts!"
My dad used to sing that to the tune of the park theme :v:

Wait, you beat it already?
For $30 I'd expect more than 2 or 3 hours of gameplay.

There are 5 episodes, only the first has been released.
At least, that was my understanding.
Edit: It is just like Bttf and Monkey Island. The game is in episodes. So, for $30, 2-3 hours per episodes is pretty decent.

No, I beat the first episode. There are 3 more. And they come out all together.

It's only 4. And it's estimated to be 6 hours. Took me 2 hours to beat episode 1.
Ill pass after what I saw Telltale do to that guys car.
FFS IT WASN'T TELLTALE. IT WAS THE SHIPPING COMPANY. And Telltale has PAID for the car, Boomer was lying the whole time. And he also got a worker at Telltale harassed horribly. And Boomer didn't give 5 fucks.
No, I beat the first episode. There are 3 more. And they come out all together.
Oh, I see.
That's not that bad then, I suppose.
Still not interested. A game that's pretty much a string of QTEs tied together with some puzzles is not a game worth buying. Call me when they make a survival-horror game like Trespasser was supposed to be.

It will never happen, JP:TG is amazing, sure it's QTE, but it's just so good. Better then Trespasser. That game was a glitch fest.
Opinions are opinions though.

I'm talking about what it was supposed to be, not what it turned out to be. If things had went the way they had intended, it would have been more revolutionary than Half Life. Hell, in a way it still was revolutionary because the things it was supposed to do were slowly adapted and improved in later games (like Half Life 2).

Yeah it's kind of sad
A survival horror type game with Jurassic Park would be awesome. Or just dinos in general.
but it's just so good. Better then Trespasser.

From a technological and a game play standpoint, Nope.

Yeah a buggy game versus a good non buggy game.
Trespasser is only worth defending a little because it had a great idea.
But, it was executed horrendously and the end result is a nigh unplayable pile of shit.
Played the first episode. It's actually kinda fun. It's meant to be played/seen as an interactive movie more than a game though.
Then again, don't listen to anything I say, I'm a big Jurassic Park nerd so I'll like anything Jurassic Park related.

Are you serious? Take a friggin guess, hell you don't even have to guess you can just look it up!
Lets see what makes more logical sense... $30 dollars for a package of 5 episodes (number of episodes differs from series to series) that are each about 2-3 hours long or $30 dollars per episode which would mean it would cost you $150 for the whole package.
