if they fuck this up again
they deserve to go bankrupt
seriously.
well at least it finally takes itself how it was, More goofy and arcadey instead of HURR SO MUCH DRAMA AND REALISM!
sweet, i loved d.i. 1
I'm 99% sure I heard Aaron Paul's voice at the end of that trailer.
Also I like that this time they're taking themselves less seriously.
Apparently this isn't being developed by Techland, aka the company who made Dead Island 1 and is also making Dying Light, though still published by Deep Silver obviously. Can anyone confirm?

Would be awesome to have Jack Black in any game these days.
I heard that wlhelm scream over on the left yeah i heard you
wait what
how many of the fucking things are there now?
Was DI:RT just a half-assed expansion pack?
The trailer was actually pretty good though.
Holy shit was that jack black in a zombie game? If so im sold as fuc
Yeah I fucking heard Jack Black. That would be the FUCKING SHIT if I could play as Jack Black in a zombie apocalypse.
Honestly I had a really good time with Dead Island. While it fell short, it was REALLY fun to play with friends for a while. And really, this trailer makes me feel like they learned a bit from their past mistakes.
Let's see how this plays out.

L4D3.
Starring, Tim Schafer, Jack Black, Richard Horvitz, and George Lucas
Every game set in California is just Venice Beach. Where are my other memorable locations?

Not the guy picking up the shoes, the guy yelling at him from the van.

the logo has the golden gate bridge (presumably) so it's probably not just venice beach (aka a cesspool)
if it's not made by techland there is a bit of hope at least. I can feel dying light being the same as dead island 1 though

I dunno about that to be honest. Imo the most recent footage from Dying Light gives me the impression that it's had a lot more love put into it than Dead Island did. I was pretty skeptical too at first but I'm actually rather looking forward to it now.
As for this, well I enjoyed the trailer. Seems like Yager at least know not to take it all as seriously as Techland tried to do (and ended up failing pretty miserably).
