1) Redownload OE-Cake.
2a) Download and install the MSVC++ 2005 Redistributable AND
2b) Download and install the MSVC++ 2008 Redistributable AND
2c) Download and install the MSVC++ 2010 Redistributable
The last 3 steps are because I don't know which version of the redistributable OE-Cake uses. Installing all 3 at this time might prevent problems with applications (other ones as well).
Still getting the error
