What is the point in only testing the 10... series of Nvidia GPUs
Hey PC Gamer - Graphics cards are generally not a "every year" purchase, and people tend to skip a generation, or even two - see http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey/videocard/
How out of touch with reality can you be

Its likely due to the fact nvidia probably gives them a nice check and free hardware of the recent releases so people would buy the latest and greatest.
Funny looking at that survey, the 750TI and 970 are almost growing with the pace with the GTX10 series.

I wonder how many people are getting them as their current builds, or are just using older builds
I hope people understand that a 980ti for example is better than a 1050

how many people buy a card because they think higher price = more power... but then they buy a 4 year old card and a current gen card that's like 3456xsomething more powerful is 20$ cheaper

A 1050 doesn't need a beefy powersupply though, the increase in 750s also helps show people are using external gpus on laptops.
