I have tried to put on a steam skin and it just won't work. I don't know if I am doing anything wrong? The skin is RoyDarkle. I have extracted it and put it in steam skins, is that all or have I done something wrong?
You have to activate it in steam settings.
Its not coming up with them! Sorry I forgot to say that.
Restart steam and check.
Make sure the folder structure is like this

RoyDarkle
Buttons
Friends
etc[/code]
and not this
[code]skins
RoyDarkle
another_folder
Buttons
Friends
etc[/code]
Is it meant to be like this......

It's suppose to be D:\Steam\skins\RoyDarkle\
