I'm also 99.99% sure that there is a privacy setting that allows you to disable anyone from being allowed to tag you.

Looking over it you are right. However, his complaint was that it hit the wall so that's still a solution.
I am a bit baffled about it that they don't have such a feature though. You have the untag feature, why not have a feature that makes it impossible to tag you unless you do it yourself? But, well, after all Facebook is grounded on the principles of "NO PRIVACY".
