If there is an eventual FCC v. Washington or other states, should SCOTUS side for state's rights so they can enact net neutrality, or against state's rights so states can't refuse it when the next dem president's FCC head is appointed?
I'm moving to Washington from Virginia in a couple months.
I'm happy with my decision already.
