For those of you wondering, the price PCGamer has listed is a discounted US price. The base price is still $120, in USD. When you look up the product on Newegg, it provides a hazardous chemical warning (see below), and it's microphone appears to have a very low frequency response (however if you wanted a quality microphone you'd buy something like the Samson Q1U, get a longer USB Type B to USB type A cable, a desk-mounted microphone stand and maybe a pop filter, and that's a microphone everyone will enjoy hearing)
Personally I swear more by Corsair's Void Wireless, due to the fact that it's wireless which means less of your cables being wrapped around your neck/chair/table, and more care-free walking around the house chatting with friends.
or go the shorter route and straight up tell people steelseries headsets shouldnt be bought
True. If you were to buy a headset for good quality sound, you should be buying something from a music store. Get like, Audio Technica or some shit. Those things are the bomb. My friend with a masters in audio engineering swears by them

Ahh, yes, the warning label California puts on pretty much every non food product sold in America. Totally a worrying thing to see it /s
Of course electronics have hazardous substances in them. They cant function without. These things probably use proper solder instead of that lead free bullshit that dries out and fails after a couple years.
I own these headphones. They are extremely uncomfortable. I have a fairly regular head and always have overear headphones, and my ears were still hurting from them of them months afterwards. I would 100% recommend against them, they broke fairly rapidly as well (a few months)
Really really bad, super bad
steelseries headsets are flimsy pieces of shit and the quality isnt remotely good

Careful, that can of soup contains Dihydrogen monoxide, it will literally fucking kill you if you are submerged in it for too long, and once it comes into contact with skin its impossible to wash off
