I am about to upgrade and it would be really helpful if someone can sorta review it and make sure its ok. My budget is $850. What are you going to be doing on it? Seems fine for gaming.
If you downgrade the 270X to a 270, you can afford an i5 4670 instead of an 4570. I use "downgrade" loosely, as the performance difference between the 270X and 270 is miniscule at best.
750 watts is not breathing room. The most powerful graphics card you can get right now (780 Ti) is 250 watts add in 284 watts for the rest of your system (which is much more than it will draw) and it totals to 534 watts. If you wanted to crossfire two R9 270X (TDP of 170 I believe) that's 170 * 2 + 284 = 624, 600 watts should be perfectly fine. As mentioned above I also recommend downgrading to the R9 270. You can upgrade to the 4670 if you want, but the performance gain is not all that much (about 1-5 FPS, 1-2 being most common).
