Are they playing the whole trailer in slow motion or is the game really gonna be that slow?
Do they use the same engine as Wildstar does by chance? That style and look is so similar.
With Overwatch starting their beta I can see this not doing well. Hell that one guy with the hook and shotgun is basically a carbon copy of the one Overwatch has. (or vice versa, depending on what was there first).
Only plus point I see is the moba like creep modes.

Wildstar's a lot cleaner (and pretty different but I digress).
The problem with this game's look is that you can look at a single asset and think "that looks cool!", but when they're all together it looks like a huge mess of visuals.

That part (also the whole desert area/terrain) looked a lot like Wildstar, obviously the setting/objects are different but the terrain alone looks a lot like it.
Battleborn seems to use UE3 according to Wikipedia so they are not using the same engine but they sure managed to get a similar look.
The terrain I can see, but the characters and stuff have that weird angular style that Wildstar doesn't. Wildstar's a lot smoother.
I got into the technical beta, but it's under NDA or I'd talk more about it. But I'm actually interested, Battleborn looked so dull last year but recently it's looked more unique to me.
