I want to get an android tablet, I need suggestions

So my sister was looking at the Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000, and it's really awesome. I'd love to have an android device to develop for and mess around with, but I don't need a phone.
I don't want something big like the P1000 either, I want something I can carry in my pocket.
I essentially want an android ipod touch equivalent, although I have no real requirement for music.
So really what I'm looking for is:
- Power - I want to be able to run every app out there and develop 3D stuff
- A good android version (I think 2.2 is the current, right?)
- Ability to record video and take pictures
- Multi touch stuff
- Accelerometer stuff
- Bluetooth and WiFi (3G / phone stuff is not wanted)
- A good platform to test my android apps on
I was looking around and the Archos 43 16GB looks like it fits my needs.

As you can see here it has some impressive stats:

edit:
apparently it doesn't use the official google app store thing, and it doesn't have multi touch. So the Archos doesn't fit the bill.
I'm looking to spend under £200. What would you guys suggest?
Thanks.
Wait for the Motorola Xoom.

What? No I don't want a 10.1 screen.
I'd say wait a few months as CES had a lot of tablets announced, not all of them crap like most out there now. Archos looks good, but you are asking quite a bit for that budget.

I just want an android device which does everything the ipod touch does. The ipod touch is under my budget so I don't see why there shouldn't be an equivalent android device at a similar price.
You want something to carry in your pocket, and you're requesting a tablet?
Just buy the iPod, you can't get any android iPod.
"I want a tablet but smaller than a tablet that I can put in my pocket"
Yeah, it's called a phone. There is no (afaik) multimedia only android device.

I dont think your going to find a device like the iPod Touch without it being a tablet, if I was you I would just go for an Android phone.
If you want a tablet for your pocket, but it's a phone, get the HTC Desire HD.
Both of my parents has one, and it rocks my HTC Legend HARD.

I thought you said tablet, not a compact video player. And you should still wait till the CES tablets is out. Honeycomb is out, and so is Gingerbread. So in a way, 2.2 is old.
Yeah wait for Honeycomb tablets, your patience will pay off well. If you REALLY want one now check out the ViewSonic G-Tablet or the Galaxy Tab as you said.

Except you pay twice as much for a smart phone than you do for an ipod touch.

Yeah except I don't have a mac and I'm not buying one just to develop ipod apps in shitty objective C.
It's actually stunning that there isn't some kind of pocket tablet on the market. I mean, I don't want to shell out £300-£400 for an android phone and I don't want apples shitty "oh you have to buy a mac and use this language that nobody except apple cares about".
I honestly cannot comprehend how this space in the market has not been filled. It's actually astonishing.

You can get an android "iPod".
Look at the new Samsung Galaxy Player.
The Orange San Francisco is £110. It does everything you require.

This. You can just disregard the fact that it's a phone, because you aren't going to get a tablet with specs anywhere near the ZTE Blade/San Francisco without paying quite a bit more.
The Orange San Francisco looks good for the price, but I think I'll wait until something else comes along that I like the look of.
It's better I think to wait it out when it comes to stuff like this, since even £110 is a lot of money to be spending on something I'm not completely satisfied with.
