• Cheapest Music Download Sites

Hey Facepunch, So I'm thinking about using my old first generation iPod touch again. I'd like to find an extremely cheap place to get my music. So, not the iTunes store. I've stumbled on a couple of sites at least that seem to provide this alternative for me. Can anyone find any places cheaper than these?

legalsounds
GOMUSICNOW (formerly gomusic.ru) (I may not go with this site.)
Some albums are just a couple of dollars, but if I can get cheaper than this (only $1 or less) that would be fantastic, as I'm strapped for cash. Some things I'd like out of the site:

American company/American-ran site
Account where I can redownload purchases at anytime
Preferably albums at $1 and less, $2 max
I hear the new napster revamped thing is a pretty good deal
I dunno about doing month plans or that sort of thing though. Although it does sound like it would pay off in the long run, but I'm sure once I stopped paying, I'd lose access to my downloads.
I'm not actually going to suggest it, seeing as it's against the rules of the forum, but if, hypothetically, one were to google the album title followed by a word such as "mediafire" or "rapidshare", one would find that money would not be such an issue. Not that I would actually suggest doing this, of course. That would be naughty. :cop::rolleyes:
eMusic is pretty good, that's where I usually get my music from besides iTunes. I don't think you're going to find any legit sites that sell albums for a dollar though, unless it's a special or something.
