Alrighty, I have a great gaming PC I built in January, and even the computer before was a gaming PC but I've still yet to have a good keyboard and mouse.
I currently use an HP mouse and I play games like Counter-Strike, TF2, BF3, etc. And a $10 Logitech keyboard I found at Walmart because I needed to go get a USB keyboard the night I built the PC.
I don't really mine the keyboard too much (I want to upgrade it of course) but a new mouse is my priority for right now.
What about the Razer DeathAdder?

I got a DeathAdder a little over a year ago and I love it. Works well, pretty precise and it is really durable. Can't go wrong with it.

I know the Razer company is always criticized for their over priced products, but everyone seems to love the DeathAdder

The DeathAdder is really well priced for the quality it brings. I got it for $50 at Best Buy.
Yeah most of their products are, but the DeathAdder is great, the BlackWidow isn't too bad either, although I'd say it is overpriced. I do own both of these, but I LOVE corsair's new keyboard/mouse, the k/m60. I don't care so much for the k/m80.

It's also really comfortable (well in my hands)
I personally use a Cyborg R.A.T 5 and even though it looks crazy its actually really comfortable in my hand and really nice to use. I also use a logitech keyboard but i have the G19 which is a little pricey but worth it in the long run for me atleast.
If you're looking pricey, I recommend the Steelseries Sensei. Great mouse with no design/case gimmicks. Looks like a normal mouse.
Keyboard I would go with anything Mechanical, and since I own everything Steelseries. Go for a G7 or G6V2. All pricey.
The Sensei, Deathadder or G400 would be the best choice for mice if you don't want to spend alot. Highly suggest going to a computer store and trying out mice.
