Powerline ethernet works, but internet won't connect.

I've had a powerline ethernet connection for like two years now and it's been perfect. Now today all of a sudden the internet just dropped on me (was playing CS:GO). I had to switch to wireless for the time being, which isn't ideal for gaming because of lag spikes. Every light on the powerline adapters are lit green (for power, link, and ethernet), but it just won't connect to the internet. I tried restarting my modem, which didn't work. Tried switching wires around, didn't work either.
Could the adapters be fucked or is there some way to fix it? Other suggestions would be appreciated.
If it turns out the adapters are fucked, I'll just stop by Best Buy tomorrow and pick up some new ones. Thanks in advance.
Is there any other computers in your house directly connected to the router that you can test? Or maybe hook up a laptop to it directly?
You just need to rule out that the ethernet itself is working, try switching it to a different port as well.
Do they have inline security, and is it still enabled? Do you have a machine you can plug into the other end to test connectivity that way?
Powerline adapters tend to act strangely. Have you tried swapping two adapters with eachother? Sounds really weird, but I've had that work more than a couple of times.
fucking weird. it just worked again like after a day. unplugging, fucking with the wires and plugging them in did it. thanks for the advice though guys.
Do you have a static IP? It might be trying to connect to a static IP that doesn't exist anymore. Try swapping over to dynamic IP and see where that takes you.
Oh you fixed it already
