You might try the Creationism Corner. I'm pretty sure a couple of people there have made threads for their games.
If you're looking for someone to help you program, you might start a thread over in the Programming sub-form.
Just be sure to give a detailed summary of your game and post pictures. No body likes the "idea guy who wants people to make his game"
