Should I be worried about Climate Change? How am I supposed to sleep at night knowing humanity will be fucked before I have grand kids?
Don't worry about it. If you're going to stress out about every possible disaster that could befall the world, life isn't going to be much fun.
I for one can't stop it so I choose not to worry about it. I'll let the smarter people with more resources deal with it.

Yes. Contact your local government members and ask them this question. If they respond disrespectfully start a community action group to make them take you seriously. This will then snowball and you can create a fanatic group of militant climate change fighters who force governments to act.

Need to be convinced that our only hope is acting now. We need to convince them that they have to be fanatics too until they have minor panic attacks every day that remind them the world is ending unless we invest in renewables and take down big polluters.
This is your only hope. Think of the (grand)children.
Wasn't there this study that said that the ozone is likely to recover by 2075 or 2050?

Our grand children are the ones who will suffer. We will likely already be dead.

Medicine isn't going to stop evolving. I strongly suspect we'll be living at least until 2080 (assuming ~20 now).
we do need to act now no doubt about that
seriously like get petitions for the local goverments to not sit on their asses and actually do shit
The sad truth is that not much will be done for as long as there is oil in the ground (or as long as it is worth the economic cost of getting it)

A lot has been done, but obviously there's still room for improvement. Cars on the road today are many times cleaner than cars from 30 years ago, coal plants and all that run following strict emissions standards. Renewable energy is still on the rise, and governments help promote it above non-renewables by like giving tax deductions to people and businesses who buy solar panels.
