He didn't STEAL.
He has links to the original videos every time he used them.
It didn't affect me, I don't subscribe to him, none of my friends talk about him or anything. The only time I ever hear about him is if he gets posted on Facepunch.

Why is this such a surprise? I mean, it's not like he has some sort of special treatment just because he's #1 subscribed on YouTube. After all, he has just about no clips of his own. He had permission to use them, but if you know YouTube, that doesn't matter and people will still report you. They're all submitted by others and he, in no way, owns any of them. He'll get his account back and be back online within a few hours at the most.
His videos are covered under fair use because he uses the clips for "Criticism" which is technically covered

Its a stretch but at this point he has youtube's legal team to fight for him.
I thought fair use policy allows you to use copyrighted content for review.

Fair use doesn't apply if it takes attention away from the original. There is no reason to watch the original video if RWJ has shown the whole thing on his channel.

And yet videos he reviews get more views after his review. I am not a fan but I would love to have him review one of my videos because it gets the videos a lot of attention.
