Can i import my friends to MSN from a old MSN account?

And i wanna import all my friends from that mail that i have in my messenger to my new mail: [email][e-mail][/email]

*Not real mails only an idiot would think i will post my real mail here.

msn used to have some kind of import/export contacts option, don't know if it still has it now
