Damn, that is a mighty combination. Could be huge.
If there's one team I could trust to flesh out superpowers enough to make for good, varied gameplay, it's the Deus Ex team. I'm fairly optimistic about the prospects of this.
This could turn out pretty good, if they play their cards right.
Jeez, Marvel is getting into video games pretty quickly.
At least they're licensing them out to decent studios this time around instead of ending up with the two fairly terrible games they put out in 2011.
I've always been interested in a gaming extended universe. Hope this turns out good.
Also hoping for some mature marvel content for a change.
They should've done something in this vein ages ago. It's astonishing to me that they haven't tried to capitalize on it more aggressively

Marvel Entertainment arent exactly known for their smart or logical business decisions.

I remember hearing about a first person avengers game that ended up being cancelled, so I think they wanted to do this for a while.
There was a pretty fun iron man game on the ps3, was decent with the flying and shooting, not so good on the ground bit.
Give the DC justice league to CD project red, a dc for the cd.
I still think the best marvel universe games were the Ultimate Alliance series, and by that I meant the whole marvel universe not individual super hero's.

Last year they finally realized (and announced) that they were lacking in good games and are ready to put much higher budgets into known and professional developers. Insomniac for example already works on Spider-Man for PS4.
