• Is there anything vital in the Temp section of Appdata?

I'm asking this because I've recently begun getting loads of redirects, and lots of notices saying that something named "foobar" is crashing. Having found no evidence in any of the main file sections, I'm planning on doing a full wipe of the Temporary Files folder in the vague hopes of that solving the problem. Will this work, or am I just wasting my efforts (though it may clear up some memory space or somesuch)
foobar2000 is an media player, so I'm not sure if you've installed that or have any extensions related to it. Just a thought.
I'm rather sure I hadn't installed it. Damn, I guess I'm stuck without an answer.
Temp files are meant to be eventually deleted. Not sure if that'll change anything with foobar or not. Though technically it shouldn't.

I regularly clear that temp folder with no issues. There will occasionally be files in use that can't be deleted until you reboot.
while programs arent really supposed to, some of them do store stuff you dont want deleted there
