I was surprised they didnt mention DCS. DCS has some really good simulation for military aircraft, basically it goes all the way down to flipping switches in the cockpit, which can be pretty cool. I have also heard that it offers pretty much the best rotary wing simulation on the market right now.

I mean, DCS is quite literally as far as it goes in terms of full cockpit simulation; I've got a fricking handbook for going through start-ups and checking systems on the A-10C.
Gotta echo what everybody said about DCS. I think it's completely ridiculous to not include it in some form considering what it is.
On the driving ones I don't care so much. They made up a joke category for F1 2015 so I don't really care that it's there. When you want to argue about my sim can beat up your sim, it's so close between the top games that it just comes down to personal choice and picking your poison. Assetto Corsa is fair, but they should have at least should have mentioned games like rFactor 2, iRacing, and so on.
At least didn't put Project CARS, so they didn't go full retard.
I'm sure getting these angry responses was all part of PCGamesN master plan.

Whether you like it as a game or not i feel like rfactor2 has all the other racing simulators beat in terms of "simulating racing" it just never gets mentioned because the people that write these articles don't actually know much about each category of simulator, whether it be racing or plane or whatever simulation.
