If there was one guy in a level left where there was an excellent song playing I would wait until it was over to kill the last guy. Love this game.

You have to play Hotline Miami to understand. Watching videos of it without knowing what it feels like when you play it will make the game look like shit. The game's atmosphere is incredible -- after playing my first 30 minutes of the game, I was sweating buckets.

Because it's a very fast paced a skill based game that requires strategy and on the fly thinking? Also the amazing atmosphere and one of the greatest music OSTs ever created.
I am glad there is a sequel. First one was great but felt very short, to me at least.
