I have searched around quite a bit on this one and have tried reinstalling many different variations of the driver and still am having problems.
It started with Windows 10, I did a fresh install for it on both my HDD, then my SSD now that I have it. Both times I have experienced the same issue.
I have a perfect connection to my router and it runs smooth for about as long as it wants to, then suddenly my ping will shoot up on any online game and I will eventually lose connection completely to servers, while browsing websites, they'll suddenly stop loading.
The only thing that fixes it is a quick disconnect and reconnect to the network. So far it hasn't affected anyone else in the house either. Like I said I have tried reinstalling to many different driver version, and am currently back to what Windows has updated me to. Every time I use the troubleshooter it only resets the adapter.
I am using a TP-Link 881n card.

Your wireless card is dying had this happen many times many different cards. I've had alot more luck with this usb 3.0 plugin that I got after the last one died. Reminder that the inside of your gaming rig is probably really warm/hot and that metal cover over the wireless card on that pcb is just that a cover. Try it in a different computer if you can.

Find out if it works fine in another rig running windows 7 or 8. Looks like the driver from TPlink is for 8 and should work fine under 10, but who really knows. If you get the same issue replace the card
I have the same issues with a TPLink TL-WN722N (its a USB card). It seems a few of the TPLink cards have these issues after I started reading reviews for them.
