Computer randomly deciding to freeze for like 5 minutes

It does it like every hour or so and it's only started doing it over the past couple of days, i know that it isn't a Virus but i don't know what's causing it just over these past couple of days.

Only thing i've downloaded or done is play on Revenge of the Titans, that is it.

It just froze while typing up this thread.

It did not decide to freeze. If it did it would have a mind of its own, It is a computer not a living thing.
