Itll be interesting to see what they do to enforce it, we have seen them use state right of way to block several oil and gas projects that were pushed through at the federal level
Considering when I was looking for apartments there earlier this year - for my eventual move there in the next few moths - that everywhere had Comcast holding their complex hostage, I'm pretty happy to hear it.
