I got GTA IV version 1.0.7.0 and EoLC 1.1.2.0
I got the GTA IV Complete Edition.
The games are not as DLC but as a separate game, so the EoLC are not in the GTA IV folder but in their own, i got the Steam version.
As far as i know i need a scriphook.dll for 1.0.7.0 and ASI loader as quote here:

I looked at all of them, only xliveless.dll works with my version BUT it disables Multiplayer so that really sucks. I need one with multiplayer enabled
I only want to run this on GTA IV, not on the episodes.
There are instructions inside to install only for gta iv and not the episodes. You should add me on steam and we can play I have the same trainer.
