How do you even make a USB mouse Windows exclusive? Really?
How do you even make a USB mouse Windows exclusive? Really?
It's intelligent and blows up any Macs or linux computers it gets attached to.
To be fair, the Apple Magic Mouse is more or less Mac exclusive. You need special drivers to use it on any other platform.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to have this mouse. It's pretty clear that it's attempting to be high quality. But how the hell does a mouse become Windows 10 exclusive? Since it is a USB HID, how does it accomplish this without being out of spec?
I'd be willing to bet that it's using the Microsoft HID driver similar to the Surface type covers. In that case it'd probably work fine on Linux once the device ID is added to the driver at least.
