• Could not connect to Steam network

I usually don't like making these threads on FP since these things can usually be fixed by looking them up, but literally all of the sites that were listed in google provide no help. I've exhausted the first 5 pages in google's results and nothing helps. I've deleted and renamed the clientregistry.blob, I've disabled my firewall for Steam, I've played around with the -tcp and -clearbeta launch options, and I've messed with my router. I have a Steam support ticket out right now but I've gotten no responses in about an hour of waiting. Any help? EDIT: I forgot to mention it's been down for several days now, so this isn't just a quick problem.
This is an extremely long shot, but try opening network connections (run ncpa.cpl), press alt, click advanced, click advanced settings, and use the arrows to make sure that the connection you are using (lan or wlan adapter) is at the top. Close and restart for good measure. Just an idea.

I don't see anything on here but usually when steam's down, you'll see it here.

It's been down for several days, also. I completely forgot to say that in the OP.
Reinstall it then.
Reinstall it then.
I did, but it still gives me the same error.

Well my hunch was, the internet for a greater half of the state I live in (Indiana) was having a lot of internet problems, I thought maybe that was affecting it. (It was a crazy assumption lol) But I'm not sure... I used to have this problem with Advanced Systemcare (if you use ASC) but I'm pretty sure they fixed it with updates. I would suggest uninstalling any programs that might affect your internet connection.
