I was looking around for Windows 7 Themes and all I can find is background and color combinations. Nothing that actually looks good that I can't do myself.
Where can I find good looking themes that change icons and layout and other things.
Look at this picture for an example of what I want:

Would I have do change all the icons myself? Also where would I get calenders and other things you see in the picture?

Those are on DeviantArt, just go into the customization section.
Then download and replace the shortcut icon with the new one.
