What is the best dvd ripper according to you? (Except dvd shrink)

Hello,
I've already asked a question a long time ago about what was the best music converter, so I ask a new one: What is the best dvd ripper? I don't mind if I have to pay something.
dvd shrink is getting old, and according to a lot of people, it has problems on win 7, besides I'm on a 64 bits system, which makes things even harder to work as intended.
To precise what I consider doing later on, I'd like to copy the content of a dvd without any quality loss, sound loss, etc... And I'd like the whole thing to be less than 4.7 gb. It will be under episodes form, I don't know if it causes any problem. There will be two languages available, as well as the subtitles which fit the languages, so I'll delete every subtitle, and keep one language, that's basically all I want to do.
Thanks in advance.
PS: I heard about that one [ http://www.dvdfab.com/ ], is it any good?
Handbrake. Hands down. But you will need a decryption process running in the background. I would suggest DVD43 but that only works on 32bit XP.
So in your case, you would need to "purchase" a copy of anydvd and run that in the background to decrypt on the fly.
I have made rips that are borderline aXXo quality imo ;)
Handbrake, but I've always had troubles ripping a DVD into an excellent quality. The quality looks good when the DVD is played like normal, but when I rip it it never looks as good.
Handbrake looks good, but anydvd has too many options, it doesn't only act as a " library " or as driver, and it really bothers me.
I found a program that allows me to copy the entire dvd on my hard drive, and at the same time it removes any protection. This program is free, and can be found here: http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm ( DVDFab HD Decrypter )
So, is it ok if I copy the entire dvd on my hard drive, and then I " cut " it with Handbrake?
DVD Decrypter then Handbrake.

Ok, that's what I hoped to read. Nothing to pay for.
Thanks again for this great Handbrake program.
Not handbreak, too automated and doesn't produce the best quality. DVD Decrypter to decrypt the dvd and MeGUI for advanced, quality encoding.

I'm not that used at encoding dvds. To be quite honest, it's the first time I do that. That kind of program may not fit my " capacities ".
Can I still have a perfect quality with Handbrake? As if I hadn't ripped it?
But isn't the dvd already encoded once copied on my hard drive? It basically creates an .iso file, readable with daemon tools for example. I just want to cut it before I copy it back on a dvd. Does MeGUI do that as well?
And, I've just read the reviews, and it seems it's a little bit buggy with Win7 64x :/

Spork-Juct's personal choice.
To be perfectly honest, you're better off following a tutorial on something more slightly advanced but user friendly to get a better working knowledge of what you're doing.
Find a tutorial on how to rip DVD's with MeGUI, and then you're already ahead of Handbreak users in terms of knowing what you're doing. It's easy once you know how to use it, it's a much better program in terms of functionality and features.
MeGUI is still pretty automated as far as things go, but it's a little more advanced than stuff like Handbreak and allows for much more customization.

Not to mention produces fantastic results, miles ahead of anything I've gotten with stuff like Handbreak or AutoGK.

I found this: http://www.google.fr/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=1&ved=0CAYQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Ftehparadox.com%2Fforum%2Ff58%2F%255Btutorial%255D-beginner%2592s-guide-ripping-dvd-mkv-%255Btutorial%255D-53732%2F&rct=j&q=MeGui+mkv+tutorial&ei=8J2NS7T2E5GMmwPopoW1BA&usg=AFQjCNE6M7DBSlmFmV7Q8W_NrVeut9oD1g
And I highly doubt I'll be able to handle that :/ ( The link may not work, it looks like it restricts a normal user to one view. )
Still, it was so hard to understand. There were many programs and other stuff. I'd like to do that simply, with 2 programs at the maximum.
I'd just go with Handbrake for now, and if you need a better program in the future then try MeGUI.

Yeah I'll think I'll do it that way, I'm too noob for such an advanced program. Anyway, the " movie " I'll burn is an anime ( perhaps it's not the right word ), a manga thingy then, so the quality isn't that important.
I know I'm so noob but, what's the maximum resolution for a normal dvd?
720x640
Thanks for mentioning MeGUI Rusty, going to give that a try and compare to Handbrake.
720x640
Ouch :/ I thought it was better. When I watch a dvd the quality looks correct, but when I watch a dvd rip, 90% of them look full of pixels, in the background. I now only watch 720p movies or 1080p.
