I recently got a new video card, a GTX 550 Ti, and now whenever I play a game that utilizes DX 10/11 (BF3, Saints Row 3, Arkham City) I get very bad framerates. Even in the games' menus the FPS is terrible and it's as if one frame is displayed every 2-3 seconds.
If I run Saints Row 3 in DX 9 mode it is fine and I get no stuttering in the menus. Other games that use only DX 9 like TF2 are fine and run at 100+ FPS. Any help would be appreciated. 4 GB of RAM, Phenom II X4, Windows 7 64-bit, latest NVIDIA drivers (not beta). Temperatures are fine, neither the CPU or GPU are getting over 50 degrees celsius.
I also just tested it in WoW, and the same thing happened. Great framerate in DX9, terrible in DX11.
Uninstall drivers and install them again
The Graphics Card drivers? I already did that twice. I guess I could try the beta drivers and see if it helps any.
I've got the same issue with my 560 Ti. All other games run perfectly fine (Skyrim on full, Shift 2 Unleashed on full) but when DX 10/11 is on, I can't even run on Low.
EDIT: Just tried DX9, and I still can't run it. I'm confused as to why I can barely run this game.

I got the same problem with my HD 6850. I got up-to-date drivers and everything.
I have the exact same problem. Skyrim and Men of War runs more or less at the same FPS as It did before on a 9800 gt, while Shogun 2, MW3, BF3 lag at the same settings I've used before. I reinstalled my drivers twice.
Sounds weird but you guys should try updating your audio drivers.
I had the smae problem once because the audio was fucked.
also check if your cpu is at 100%.
