For the Processor got for the Phenom 2 965 Black its 3.2 ghz unclocked.
Ram is good
PSU is great
Os is friggin sweet
The GPU is nice
Cooling is fine unless you want to overclock
Maybe a bigger hard drive like a 1TB that would be good

On a budget, would get the 965 and a 1 tb harddrive, but right now I cant. For what I do, the 2.8 ghz will do fine.
Will probably get another 500 gig harddrive to throw in when I can afford it.

Sure you can upgrade the HDD when you want because you can have it alongside ur other one. But you can only have one processor so if you are sure 2.8ghz is ok go with it but if I were you I would get some more cash and get the 965. But hey 2.8 ghz is much better than mine. I got an AMD Phenom 9650 Quad core thats 2.33 ghz oh and its not a Phenom 2

PSU is great
No the 965 BE is standard clocked at 3.4Ghz.
And the PSU is a brand that is untrustworthy.

Just saw this, will 550 run what I will be getting?

Yes. But the OCZ Fatal1ty is not very good. You should invest in a high quality PSU as it is something to keep for a long time: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139004&Tpk=corsair%20550
I don't care what the other people here say OCZ is just not up there with the best so far as PSUs are concerned.
Is newegg extremely slow for anyone else?
Yeah I expected the dumb rating. Go learn the facts before you start recommending junk PSUs.

herf derf it's not the best so it's not worth using herf derf
there is nothing wrong with using OCZ, people can use PSUs other than corsair you know
[editline]01:17AM[/editline]
oh fuck damn, you're not the THREE PSU BRANDS ONLY ALL OTHERS ARE SHIT guy are you
Oh god, it's the retarded OCZ fanboy. Slayth, don't be misled; OCZ is not very good.]
Stop pelting me with dumb ratings in an effort to add credibility to your stupid, biased recommendations
herf derf it's not corsair so he's a fanboy herf derf
herf derf budgeting is for fanboys herf derf
OCZ is a good brand, this guy just hates anything other than a certain 3 brands.
3 brands? You just made that up. Reapa, give the herf derf a rest or else run the risk of looking like more of a retard than you really are.
Are yumyum and reapa OCZ bum buddies or something?
yes
Go learn the facts before you start recommending junk PSUs.
You should go learn your facts.OCZ is a great brand. So is Corsair,Coolmaster,PC cooling and some others. But OCZ is not shitty or unreliable.
OCZ is a great, IF YOU WANT A CHEAP PSU. You get what you pay for! And that particular 'Fatal1ty' PSU is not one of OCZ's better units.
What I like about both the OCZ and the Corsair linked is that they are modular, which would be nice so there is less room taken up in the case.
I'll watch both closely and hope they go on sale, right now cheap is better than nothing. Thanks for the warning on Rosewill though.
And Newegg is slow, the black friday deals just came on
yes
sssshhh goddamn I said not in public
I've recommended the 500W CoolerMaster easily 3 or more times the amount I've recommended any OCZ PSU, hell I have it bookmarked, does this mean I'm also a coolermaster fanboy? no, it just means it's a good PSU for a lot of budgets, hell several times I've told people corsair make some of the best PSUs around
clearly I am a terrible fanboy
Corsair is obviously better, I mean just look at those reviews!
The OCZ is 94% good and 6% bad, the Corsair is 89% good and 11% bad. Not much to go by, but I'm sure you've never even used either brand yourself.
'm sure you've never even used either brand yourself.
hence the help, i'm used to pre-made bullshit
Corsair is obviously better, I mean just look at those reviews!

it probably has the extra % because it's got LEDs
I'd recommend a Rosswell PSU.
I've had one for over a year under near constant load and nothing bad has happened.

Actually I have. I say it from experience, and research. Newegg reviews mean nothing. The only reviews you should take seriously are the ones from reputable review sites.

You're just digging a deeper hole for yourself.
yeah, you may be right. But you're still wrong in all your other posts in this thread.
