Hello,
Today I received my GIGABYTE Windforce GTX 760 in the mail, along with a new Rosewill 650 watt power supply.
I put my power supply in and my computer ran without issue, but when I put in my 760, my computer boots straight to a black screen that says b2 in the corner.
I've tried many different things, but none seem to work. I have no idea what's causing the issue here (besides the card, obviously)
Any help?

Most I can suggest is, make sure that the card is connected, once I forgot to do that while cleaning and was in your situation. At least I say it since you didn't state it in your post.
Oh, and try different cables in case that could be the problem.
If it isn't that maybe others can help.

Looking into it a little bit more it seems something between RAIDs and a bug in the bios which was fixed in a later version (1.3), but it doesn't make sense in this context since you aren't using a RAID setup
Well in the MSI page there is even a version 2.0 and people on MSI forums recommend using a USB stick for the update but nothing I can confirm on my side.
