I already have a few hard drives on my current computer, so I'll just put them in this new build. Is everything set and compatible?
That wishlist isn't public
Take a sreenshot. Why three different threads?

I did, but it's not working for some reason. Here's the list

Won't work.
Won't work.
why
Won't work.
How come
probably a PSU issue and the fact there is no HDD and your case may not support mini atx
probably a PSU issue and the fact there is no HDD and your case may not support mini atx
I already mentioned I have HDDs in my current PC I'll swap out and I have Micro ATX, which is supported.

Could you elaborate why the PSU wouldn't work?
I don't know, it looks a little "Wimmpy" to me.
Actually, now that I've looked, the PSU is a little weak for that graphics card. It should work for now but you won't have a whole lot of space when you take capacitor aging into consideration.
I don't know, it looks a little "Wimmpy" to me.
Micro-ATX isn't wimpy at all. It's not high-end, but not everybody's overclocking to 4GHz or making record-breaking machines.
If you have any money at all, I'd swap the PSU into something slightly more beefier.
In regards to the PSU, do you guys mean something with more Watts?
The problem is the PSU only got one 6-pin connector, the GTX 460 requires two.
Get this one instead:

Basically. the GTX 460 can use roughly 300 watts at full load, the CPU can use around 100 watts. At that point you've only got 100 watts to share between other parts. If you take capacitor aging into account, you could only be running on 450 watts within a year.
I would recommend either of these PSUs. I've used an OCZ power supply for a few years and had no problems with them whatsoever.

All right, I'll use the one Dr. Nick provided (OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular ATX Power Supply).

Wait which is better
If you plan to have your computer running and don't want to upgrade the power supply within the next 2 years, get mine. If you'll be turning it off when you're not using it, get the Fatal1ty.
Yeah, I'll use the Fatality than, I leave my PC off at night and when I'm not using it.
What exactly is capacitor aging and what do?

Get the modxstream. 50w more for 5$
What exactly is capacitor aging and what do?

Electrolytic capacitor aging. When used heavily or over an extended period of time (1+ years) a power supply will slowly lose some of its initial wattage capacity. We recommend you add 10-20% if you plan to keep your PSU for more than 1 year, or 20-30% for 24/7 usage and 1+ years.
Basically after a while, a power supply will stop putting out as much power.
I just swapped DVD drives for: ASUS Black IDE DVD-ROM Drive Model DVD-E818A4/BLK/B/GEN
The initial one couldn't burn.

Done
Get a spinpoint f3 too.

If taxes weren't so high I'd have enough for it. I'll just swap my current one out

Be glad that you don't live in Denmark, you would get nowhere for that kind of money.
OK, here's the finalized build:

All set?

Also, what does Mail-in rebate mean?
Why get the Athlon 640?
get this instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103887&cm_re=phenom_x2-_-19-103-887-_-Product
It'll be way better for gaming then a quad core at least.
get this instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103887&cm_re=phenom_x2-_-19-103-887-_-Product

He should just get an athlon. He should just get a 630 instead.
if its for gaming he would be better off with that dual core.
[editline]12th November 2010[/editline]
or if he needs a quad, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103656&cm_re=phenom_II_x4-_-19-103-656-_-Product
but it is more, whatever. I don't care.
