If your body stops growing around 20 years old does that mean you get weaker as you grow older into your 40s or whatnot? 18 for females 22 for guys or something like that
yeah
then how does rocky balboa train and get stronger if hes a middle aged man
It doesn't work like that. Your body stops growing, that doesn't mean it automatically starts getting weaker the moment it stops growing.
but if it's stop growing, how could it get stronger if it's not growing?
It maintains a stable level of strength for around 8-12 years, before you start to run out of juice and slowly deteoriate. (spelling)
Your bone structure stops growing and stops hardening but that doesn't mean your muscles and other parts of your body stop growing as long as you maintain them. Of course as you get older your heart and other organs start to weaken (and your bones will start to become more brittle) so you can manage less and less exercise thus causing the deterioration of your muscles. That was probably quite wrong (scientifically) in places but generally speaking that's how it usually works.
you start to get weaker at around the age of 40, but assuming you keep up a fitness routine and work out and stuff and keep in good shape, you can lower the effects, at least for a while. But it's inevitable, your body starts to deteriorate after a while.
