Meh, I got an Acer 24" that was basically the exact same minus the frame shape (personally I like this one better), the stand, and name on it. I got it for about $100USD.
So it is!

I'd prefer 1920x1200. :/
The UK one ends tomorrow guys, so it's now or never!
I personally think this is a better deal: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001317&Tpk=samsung%202343BWX with promo code EMCLWNW26
I'd prefer 1920x1200. :/
This. All they make is shitty 16:9 screens now, while on a PC you really want that extra bit of vertical space. Damn, I should get a second 24" before they don't sell this type anymore.
plus rebate it's $179.99 [editline]03:53PM[/editline]
This. All they make is shitty 16:9 screens now, while on a PC you really want that extra bit of vertical space. Damn, I should get a second 24" before they don't sell this type anymore.
you're dumb you know that
bitches be jealous of my dell screen: 2209WA
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu it's 1080p not 1920x1200.
24" and 1920x1080? Wouldn't it look better on a 21.5"? For a better price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010190020%201309846869&name=21.5%22
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu it's 1080p not 1920x1200.
isn't it BETTER to have a 1080p for movies and shit plus 1080p = HD, dunno about 1200
that's an awful dot pitch
isn't it BETTER to have a 1080p for movies and shit plus 1080p = HD, dunno about 1200
Set it not to stretch.
bedroom TV for the Xbox 360!
Didn't quite get the intent of your post there M_B :raise:
no need for an exclamation mark. it looks silly. "I'm kind of bored so I suppose I could read this book, but I just can't get in touch with the characters or the story!" [editline]03:52PM[/editline] anyway, has no one else noticed/mentioned "16:9 dynamic aspect ratio"? what the hell could that mean? [editline]03:54PM[/editline] i know that with some videos and video sources, it's not actually 16:9, but is stretched to be 16:9 and appear to have that as its aspect ratio (ie 1440x1080 stretched to 1920x1080 is common, as is 640x480 stretched to 720x480). but with a screen?
Oi!, Don't pick on my exclamation marks! ;) Maybe it means that the screen, bezel and all changes aspect ratio dependant on input? - I've seen this on a few monitors, It makes no sense.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUCK! I don't get my first paycheck until the end of September.
I use an Asus 24" http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236049 I like it.
Does it have HDMI? 1920x1080 Resolution? - I'm looking at this dell one as a bedroom TV for the Xbox 360! (HDMI, Sound from optical)
There was a model with HDMI, but I don't have any HDMI devices, so I went with the VGA\DVI only. And yeah, the native resolution is 1920x1080.
I'll wait for the 2560x1080 monitors become more popular. I love cinema-wide 2.35:1 :)
