When searching on youtube, it looks for more then the name - It searches for "Tags" aswell.

So entering "sponebob call of duty patrick" would possibly give you what you want.

I wasn't really trying to say that. I was trying to say you can't search the dialogue of a video if it isn't tagged properly. not everyone tags videos correctly, it could have been tagged spongebob and that's it
