My computer has four hardisks right now. One for backups, another one for storage, and two others who are running in RAID0 and run my OS.
Right now, they constantly create some kind of 'resonance' sound when they are all spinning at once. The actual cracking of the heads are barely noticable. Nonetheless, the resonance is pretty annoying.
How can I silence my haddisks (and still decently cool them because they get pretty warm)?

Some rubber mounting washers or something should cut down on that noise.
