Computer isn't working :(

I usually leave my computer on all day, it barely gets any rest, but after it stopped working I've been leaving it off, but it still isn't working

What it's doing:

I turn on my computer, it starts to run windows, It's on the windows loading screen, then an instantiously blue screen shows up, I can't see what it says and it reboots a split second after that and does the same thing again.

I tried unplugging everything and replugging it back in, I tried dusting the hardware and computer off, and I tried removing and unplugging the RAM, Video card, HDD, Power supply, and reconnecting everything firmly

I'm suspecting my Hard-drive disk might have failed. I can't run Safe-mode either.

Is there anything I could try and do to fix it?

What OS are you using? Can you do a system restore?

Try going to boot menu, and starting it from there, other than that, you're harddrive may be corrupted, like mine was, I did a full clean boot. Sorry I can't help much :|
