Does anyone know the name of that thing that the Japanese did during WW2

The title isn't really specific at all; but; I remember a while ago that someone linked to a wikipedia page about this "Project" or "Operation" that the Japanese did where they would test really horrible things on people? I can try to be a little more specific if you don't know what I'm talking about
