I have googled this many times. There is one link but it leads to ads when i click on it. Are there any CoH private servers/emulator projects out there? I have a sudden urge to play CoH again, but i don't want to pay for it.

I don't want to have to start a new character. My old account had every veteran award, and I want to have the powers. I mainly just want to use cool powers, have a trench coat, and fly around at top speeds. Unless someone can give me some edits for WoW so I can have some CoH kind of stuff, I am going to eat my hand off.

hate to burst ur bubble but if your account is inactive then you dont have every veteran award. CoH isnt easy to create a private server for i would be suprised if one even exists.
if you want to play your toons then pay for the game like everyone else and support a good game like CoH
