• How can I get Game Stop to return a game?

So, I bought Sacred 2 new from Game Stop so my sister and I could play local co-op. However, after playing the game, we realized that the local co-op is broken. I went to return it tonight and they said I could not return new games. I explained to him that the game doesn't just suck, it is broken, but they still would not return it. So, has anyone had any luck/found any loopholes returning games to Game Stop? Let me briefly explain how/why the game is broken so I don't get a bunch of "keep it." I'm returning this game based on principle. So, for local co-op games, apparently only ONE character can pick up 95% of the loot/gold that drops. The other character can't pick up anything (unless it happens to glitch or something). This sucks because, as our characters leveled up, my character couldn't get any good weapons or armor. Not only that, but I couldn't even buy any weapons or armor because I didn't have anything to sell, and I couldn't even pick up gold. But not to worry, because as stated in the fucking manual, characters can trade items. Except that that feature is broken for local co-op. It flat doesn't let you trade items. (Oh, and characters can't "drop" items, only scrap them). This is a shitty ass port and I want my money back. So, any help please? Thanks.
GS will give you a really shitty price if you try to sell it used. Consider selling it on Amazon or eBay.
if the game is broken you CAN return it. Anything else they'll give you store credit, (lower much lower,) or you could get it in cash which is even lower.

It's too bad the local co-op is like that, me and my buddies had a lot of fun online roaming the lands.... Too bad I haven't had XBL for 4 months and haven't played with them for a while.
If you both sign up PSN accounts and log in to those before playing you should be able to trade items between the two of you on local co-op.
