I'm going to be in the process of upgrading and I'm unsure my PSU of 420W is sufficient for what will be my current setup.

I will be upgrading my PSU anyway but I can hold it for a while?
You should be okay for a wile but you're pushing it. Get a better one sooner rather then later.
What model / brand is the PSU? But I agree with Moe, your're gonna need at least a reputable 525ish watt to run that with lots of amps on the 12v rail.
