Like it says, the emotes that are supposed to show up for rating just don't. I didn't really know where else to post this.
If anyone knows how to help, that'd be great.
Your account needs to be more than a month old, I believe. People were running rating spam bots apparently.

I used to be able to rate, though, even though it's not a whole month old yet.
