Why does the iPhone take such a long time to start?

I can take up to a whole minute and a half before it's on. Sometimes two minutes. Why? Most other phones I've used don't take that long =/
Did you jailbreak it?
It will run and boot slower if you install tons of jailbreak apps, themes and mods

Yesh.
But it boots faster now. About 15-30 seconds.
Use the sleep button. It's more efficient that turning it on and off all the damn time, and you can live with the long boot which would happen like once, maybe twice a week.
I reboot my ipod touch maybe once or twice a month.
